Archiving software is also a document management system

The Novaline Archiving system contains on the one hand the data archiving which is only valid for use in Germany due to the legal requirements (German "GDPdU" = basic principles to access data and to check digital papers), and on the other hand the archiving of documents in a revision safe manner. Incoming and outgoing mails, including attachments from MS-Outlook, will be archived automatically with the module e-Mail Archiving.

The additional module „E-Billing“ enables the verification and signing of invoices*. The verified and signed documents are then archived and sent per e-Mail.

* According to the sales tax laws of Germany (§ 14) the sending of electronic invoices has to have a qualified electronic signature. Only then is the recipient authorized to pre-tax-deduction.

The Novaline Archiving system contains the Data Archiving includes numerous standard analyses and is only valid for use in Germany due to the legal requirements (German "GDPdU" = basic principles to access data and to check digital papers). 

The Data Archiving is part of the standard scope of services of the Novaline Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting and Payroll.

Novaline Document Management and Archiving is integrated in PPS or ERP systems in such a way that documents generated there (offers, invoices, etc.) are printed and simultaneously indexed, linked to the relevant address and filed in the archive. Full-text search is also possible.

During document processing, the user can display previously archived documents without changing programs.  Several search facilities are provided as key word search,  full text search, index search (document category and type, document number, address, up to  5 user-defined fields) or Limited searches.

Further documents which are not created in the PPS / ERP system such as Word documents, incoming and outgoing e-mails or faxes may be comfortably archived as well as documents in paper form via an expansion module.

E-Mail Archiving is available for MS Outlook. E-mails will be archived out of the post-boxes of each user. Incoming and outgoing E-mails (including attachments) will be linked to the relevant address of contact-partners. A status information delivers an overview of archived, blocked, not allocable e-mail addresses and even those e-mails which still have to be archived.
