The current generation of our client server solutions is based on Microsoft’s development environment .NET. Our program language is C# and as database we use MS-SQL-Server from version 2,000 up. As an alternative for some applications we use IBM’s DB2-Express.
We follow the general valid trends with our „Cockpit-Technology“, which permits the display of important information in a segmented screen instead of many “windows” on top of one another.
All solutions are based on a framework created by us. This framework offers e. g. a language-editor, a database and layout designer and is able to be customized.

Our language editor belongs to a performance package of every Novaline .NET application. This gives users the possibility to translate masks and help texts in nearly every foreign language. Many of these have already been put into affect such as English, French, Dutch, Russian….
Our software is created according to the requirements of Germany. Apart form the Archiving system for Document Management you should make sure, that our solutions like Cost Accounting, Financial Accounting, Payroll and the Branch solution for construction conform to the requirements and laws governing the country of use.

Every application exists of a basic module which contains all general functionalities of an independent application and therefore complies to the requirements of many companies. For a list of branches and/or country specific requirements we provide extension modules.

Novaline Accounting, Payroll, as well as the Archiving solution, are used in commercial undertakings and also in industry, trades and tax consultants.

Additional modules such as deposit bookkeeping make a special solution for accounting out of the standard financial accounting for specific branches. The module for wages in the construction industry expands our branch independent payroll application to a specific solution for the building-trade. In this area of business we have over 25 years of experience in developing ERP solutions for construction and have much more to offer.

Because we separated the screen surface and the functionality while developing our solution we are able to customize the standardly used Microsoft surface to the look and feel of the programs from other software manufacturers.
That’s the reason why we are an interesting partner, e. g. for ERP providers, who do not choose to develop all business solutions themselves, but prefer to use third-parties to cover certain areas such as Payroll, Accounting and/or Data and Document Archiving. The extensive functionalities of Novaline software in connection with the “Look & Feel” of the partner solutions provides customers of our partners with a single solution package that offers a uniform surface and operator guidance.

The fact that all Novaline solutions work together, exchange data and avoid redundancies goes without saying. Our target is the same when it comes to combining a partner solution with Novaline software. If no interface is available then our “Software Development Kit” is called for. With the assistance of this tool our partners are able to integrate e. g. the Archiving solution into their ERP system in such a way that outgoing documents will be archived automatically and can be researched within their ERP system without changing programs.
