Novaline Software Add-ons for SAP Business One

Payroll
This Add-on for human resources management is based on the legal requirements for Germany. However, the framework can be used as a basis for other countries and therefore adjusted to the legal stipulations of this specific country.

Cost Accounting
The Novaline Cost Accounting for SAP Business One is a comprehensive Add-on for cost centers and cost units including internal cost allocation and distribution of overhead for industry and commerce.

Archiving
The Add-on Archive.One for SAP Business One contains on the one hand the data archiving which is only valid for use in Germany due to the legal requirements (German "GDPdU" = basic principles to access data and to check digital papers), and on the other hand the archiving of documents in a revision safe manner.
Incoming and outgoing mails, including attachments from MS-Outlook, will be archived automatically with the module e-Mail Archiving.
The additional module „E-Billing“ enables the verification and signing of invoices*. The verified and signed documents are then archived and sent per e-Mail.

* According to the sales tax laws of Germany (§ 14) the sending of electronic invoices has to have a qualified electronic signature. Only then is the recipient authorized to pre-tax-deduction.

Software industry solution for e.g. industry, plant engineering and construction
Construction.One is a complementary solution to SAP Business One for the processing of service specifications (GAEB), calculation and billing.

Catalog database
Novaline has developed Catalog.One as a highly integrated in SAP Business One product. The user has access to huge quantities of items without media break and it’s not necessary to manage this volume items directly into SAP Business One.
In addition, different formats (such as DATANORM) can be imported and exported.

Workflow
Workflow.One is a cheap and flexible workflow system specifically for the needs of small and medium enterprises. This means, that this solution is easy to install and to learn. Pre-configured elements simplify the creation and definition of work processes (workflows). The surface is designed as in SAP Business One and Archiv.One and thus familiar to the user.

Database Wizard
The Novaline Database Wizard for Microsoft databases „MS-SQL-Server 2000/MSDE“ respectively 2005 serves to allow the comfortable entry, back-up and restorage of databases in SAP Business One.
